Years of experience in the upholstery supply and hotel/restaurant businesses taught us that commercial upholstery is an imperfect market. The fragmented upholstery industry is shrinking. The most skilled craftsmen are usually either overextended or inaccessible. Lead times are too long. Communication can be challenging. End-users typically source upholstery through designers, contractors and other intermediaries, many of whom tend to rely solely on a “go-to” local upholsterer. Unfortunately, this approach makes it hard to complete work quickly, cost effectively and at a high-level, especially for projects with large quantities of furniture.
Hospitality Revival was founded to give the hospitality industry a better solution to revive its tired, yet otherwise structurally-sound and stylistically-relevant furniture. We work directly with hotels, restaurants and clubs, typically in partnership with their interior designers and project managers. We also work directly with interior design firms, general contractors and procurement companies on their client’s projects. Through our unique team of qualified craftsmen, we can take on the largest upholstery projects and complete them carefully when the client needs them completed.
